At Senpai Cart, we believe in transparency. Here’s everything you need to know about how and when your order will be delivered:

1. Address Changes — No Problem!

Need to update your address? You can do it anytime before your order is dispatched — no questions asked.
Just email us at contact@senpaicart.com with your updated shipping details and we’ll take care of it.

2. Why Does Shipping Take 3–4 Months?

Because our products are pre-sale and made-to-order, they take time — but it’s all part of how we keep our prices fair and our quality high.

Here’s how it works:

  1. Order Collection Phase
    We wait a short period to gather a batch of orders before production begins.
    This helps us keep things efficient — and lets us offer our products at such affordable prices.
  2. Manufacturing Phase
    Once the batch is ready, we send it to our trusted manufacturers.
    Since these are not mass-produced fast fashion items, crafting them takes a bit of time — but it’s worth the wait.
  3. Quality Check & Packaging
    After production, we carefully inspect and package each item to make sure it meets our standards.
  4. Shipping Phase
    Orders are shipped using ocean freight (not air), which helps us keep costs low for you.
    Air shipping would drastically raise the price — and we want to keep Senpai Cart accessible to everyone.

3. Estimated Delivery Time

  • USA: 3–4 months
  • International: 3–4 months

These are estimates. Delays may occur depending on the shipping carrier or destination country.

4. Processing Time vs Shipping Time

  • Processing Time = From order placement to dispatch (includes collection, production, quality check & packaging)
  • Shipping Time = From dispatch to delivery (via ocean shipping)

Tracking and Updates (No Live Tracking)

Because we ship in consolidated batches by ocean freight, live tracking and tracking numbers are not available.
Instead, we will email you clear phase updates at key milestones, such as:

  • Order confirmed
  • Manufacturing started
  • Quality check and packaging complete
  • Shipped by sea
  • In-country processing and delivery window
