1) Cancel Anytime Before Shipping (No Questions Asked)

You can cancel your order and request a full refund at any time before your order is shipped.

No explanations. No complicated steps. Just message us with your order details and we will take care of it.


2) Shipped Orders: Refund Available After Delivery (Even if You Change Your Mind)

If your order has already been shipped, you can still request a refund after it is delivered, including cases like:

  • Damaged item
  • Wrong item
  • Size or fit issue
  • You changed your mind
  • Any other reason

What matters most to us is that you are happy with your purchase.


3) 180-Day Delivery Guarantee (Refund if Not Delivered)

Our usual pre-order delivery timeline is 3 to 4 months.

However, if your order is not delivered within 180 days, we will issue a full refund.

No conditions, no exceptions, no back and forth.


4) Why Delays Can Happen

Some orders may take longer due to ongoing customs delays in multiple countries, caused by recent changes in import and export laws and stricter customs processes.

That said, our 180-day guarantee stays in place to keep you fully protected, even in cases of customs delays.


5) How to Request a Refund or Cancellation

  • Your order number, or
  • The email address you used to place the order

We will confirm your request and update you as quickly as possible.


6) Refund Processing Time

Refunds are typically processed within 7 to 14 business days, depending on your payment provider.

You can choose:

  • Refund to your original payment method
  • Store credit
  • Gift card
